At the end of the season current manager Dean Rogers will be stepping down to let someone else have a go in the hot seat.
Boss Rogers filled the position at the end of last season due to the fact there wasn't anyone else better for the job. Mourinho couldn't manage in England due to a clause in his contract after departing Chelsea and Wenger turned it down because the squad wasn't young enough!
So in came Rogers who tried to do the job to the best of his abilities, but with a depleted squad and work commiments found it hard to give it all his time. In his words he now just wants to have one final season of just playing and enjoying his football at the club he loves... Not Millwall but Plaistow!
