After having 3 weeks without a game, Plaistow will return to action against promotion hopefuls Rusper at home next Saturday.
Make sure you make it down to training on Wednesday as not many of the team have seen each other in a few weeks! We may well be going down this season but we still have something to play for on the pitch and that is pride! We have nothing to lose now so lets go out and upset a few teams while we still have some time left in the season!
